The Cobb2020 Coalition is a partnership of community organizations and individuals dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles. Among their efforts, the Coalition seeks to prevent and reduce obesity and aims to improve access to nutritious foods within the community. The Farm Fresh Market and Mableton Farmers Market are a means to do so in the Cobb community.

There is a CCT bus line stop directly in front of the Mable House Complex providing a way to the market for those with limited transportation.
The Mableton Farmer’s Market is a Mableton Improvement Coalition community project supported by local farmers, community volunteers, Cobb County Parks, Arts, Recreation, and Solid Waste (P.A.R.K.S.), Keep Cobb Beautiful, Wholesome Wave Georgia, and Cobb and Douglas Public Health. The Market is equipped to accept SNAP/EBT, and through Wholesome Wave Georgia can double the value of SNAP customer purchases.
